This is an ad block that has been running on Slashdot lately.
Take a combination of boring stock photographs, some sort of keyword photo-to-text matching (or, maybe it's just random), and the assumption that users will click anything if it has a picture, and this is what results.
Good god, I'm getting traffic to this site already.
